Bar

Welcome to Lamplugh Village Hall Bar.

Here at Lamplugh Village Hall, Mark – the Bar Manager – works tirelessly to make sure we offer a great range of local & independent brewers with beers, ales, ciders and spirits where possible, and of course the odd celebrity bottle might be found too.

The bar is available on request for your event and run by our valued team of volunteers who give up their time to help make your event run smoothly.
All proceeds from the bar will be put back into the hall, as being a Charity it is a vital source of income for us.

The impressive range we offer come at extremely reasonable prices to make your celebration event even more enjoyable, especially on the pocket.

We need to encourage and support independent & local brewers where we can, to help sustain them for generations to come.

Our current stock includes beers, lagers and ciders from independent brewers such as:

Ennerdale Tap Brewery

brewed just up the road at Rowrah

Tractor Shed Brewing

based in Workington

Jennings Brewery

(yes, it's back!) based in Cockermouth

Great Corby Brewhouse

brewed in Great Corby

Black Sheep Brewery

based in North Yorkshire

Not to mention the guest beverages from Guiness, Wainwrights, Moretti, Stella Artois, Kopparberg and Magners, as well as various sprits, soft drinks, alcohol free, gluten free – we continually try to cater for all!

…and yes, we had to do it… Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone range has found its way to Lamplugh too!

So, to top it off, we’d just like to say… we might be small… but we’re mighty!
